Legal Expenses Insurance Cover and Uninsured Loss Recovery service is supplied by MotorPlus Ltd and underwritten by Groupama Insurance Company Ltd. This provides indemnity of up to £100,000 to cover the cost of recovering the uninsured losses you have incurred from the negligent party or their insurers.

Your uninsured losses could include the following:

• Compensation for personal injury
• Loss of earnings
• Policy excess
• Vehicle recovery and storage charges
• Loss of use
• Damage to personal property including helmet and leathers
• Out of pocket expenses
• Motorcycle repair costs

Replacement Motorcycle Facility

A temporary replacement motorcycle may be available where the charges can be recovered from the negligent third party or their insurers.

Credit Repair Facility

If you are insured on a Third Party Only or Third Party Fire and Theft basis, MotorPlus Ltd may be able to instruct an approved repairer to proceed with the repairs on your behalf.
